Modernizing a legacy brand — and unlocking growth
The Gift Basket Boutique had been operating successfully since 1986, but its website no longer reflected the business. The site was outdated, non-responsive, and limiting growth.
We migrated hosting to a more reliable platform and rebuilt the website entirely with e-commerce at its core. The experience was redesigned to make browsing and purchasing easy across devices. We also created new product photography and refreshed the brand with a redesigned logo and updated visual identity.
The result was a dramatic shift: online sales increased by approximately 400% following launch. The owner later retired and sold the business; the brand name was not retained — but the work remains a clear example of how the right digital experience can materially impact performance.
